At Lakeside Villas, we occasionally offer a unique opportunity known as “Bonus Time.” This special offer arises when our valued owners are unable to use their annual unit/week entitlement and choose to extend the invitation to suitable guests to enjoy a stay at our resort.
As a premier timeshare resort, Lakeside Villas provides an experience distinct from traditional hotels or motels. Guests availing of Bonus Time are kindly reminded to respect and adhere to our “House Rules” and the specified maximum occupancy for each unit type, ensuring a harmonious stay for all our guests.
Please note that during peak periods, such as school holidays, Easter, and Labour Weekend, our units are highly sought after by our owners. Consequently, availability during these times can be limited. We encourage interested guests to plan accordingly and consider enjoying our resort during other beautiful seasons, where the tranquility of Lakeside Villas can be experienced to its fullest.

At Lakeside Villas, we take pride in offering you a beautifully maintained and comfortable environment for your stay. To ensure that every guest enjoys a pristine and welcoming space, we kindly request that the units be treated with care and left in a good condition upon departure.
In the rare event that a unit is left in a state that requires extensive cleaning, or if any damages or losses occur during your stay, we would need to apply charges for these additional services. These charges, necessary for restoring the unit to its original condition, would be the responsibility of the occupier.
